The Joro spider is a species native to Asia and is noted for its colorful yellow stripes. These spiders were first noticed in Georgia less than a decade ago, with reports from the University of Georgia saying the first sighting of the spider was between 2013 and 2014. In 2015, scientists used genetic testing to confirm the sighting was the Joro spider. Experts believed the species found itself in Georgia after “hitching a ride in a shipping container from China or Japan....

Another thrilling La Liga season has come to an end and as usual, the race for the League title was between the two arch rivals: Real Madrid and Barcelona. The title race went down to the last day where Los Blancos kept their calm and nerves to win the prestigious league for an incredible 33rd time. This time as well, the first three spots were taken by Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid....
The game seemed to be headed for a stalemate as Real kept trying to score while maintaining a defense which was dangerously high up the pitch. Five additional minutes were added on the clock as both teams tried to get the best result possible. In the last minute, Alaves succeeded in securing a corner. It was almost the last kick of the game as Alaves spun the corner into Real Madrid’s penalty box and surely enough, Manuel Alejandro García Sánchez capitalized on it and scored a goal past Real in the 94th minute despite the best efforts of Courtois to stop it....
The first match of the season started with promoted side Real Valladolid travelling to the Montilivi to face Girona. The Catalan outfit had a dream season last year under Coach Pablo Machin and finished 10th in the league. The game did not open up during the entire course of 90 minutes as it ended in a stalemate. For many, this result was a disappointing one, because for them this should have been an easy win considering their performances during the last season....
